Thrilling every single second

I used to watch lots of movies and series of this kind of genre. But I hardly remember anything before which was so exciting and thrilling to watch (especially the end!) It was even so hard that i dared watching any further. Eventually this episode proves that Babylon Berlin is more than just a series. Its an epos.

While this entire series is in a class by itself, here there is a scene where a principle character in the show (and a popular one at that) not only dies but dies a horrible death by drowning in a car which was forced off the road. The extraordinary writing not only does this to a beloved character, unexpectedly, but this was a character who had just survived a kidnapping and torture, so the viewer is completely caught off guard. Astonishingly, this unforgettable scene has no dialog as such just silent screams as the two actors in the car are underwater at the time. One of a kind. ((Designated "IMDb Top Reviewer."
