Storyline
| Plot Summary |
When a teenage girl is kidnapped, a jaded enforcer (Phoenix) begins a rescue mission, but uncovers high-level corruption and abuses of power. As he is engulfed in his search for the girl, he is forced to reckon with his own childhood trauma suffered at the hands of his abusive father. |
