Well done for a VERY low-budget endeavor. This absolutely highlights some very real problems still facing gay youth. And I hope all the best for the actors and everyone involved. But the script as a whole comes across as far from believable in 2016 (20 years ago, maybe...but come on). A middle-class white kid in NYC? Nah...not buying it. And fliers???? Seriously??? No one has internet or cell phones in NYC anymore? Once again, maybe re-write this set 20 years ago if you are going to go that route. If not, focus on what REALLY happens to kids who find themselves kicked out for being gay (hint: lose the camera and sub in a webcam). Start by actually talking to teens who find themselves in this situation NOW...not on memories.

The director must not have understood the whole actor thing. Actors needed so much work I had to stop watching. I hope Netflix didn't actually pay for this no budget work. I did like the story line and where it was trying to go but the cast and crew along with the direction failed the script. Next time please ask around for people who know what to do. I'm giving you great information to learn from. Move onto the next project and remember from your mistakes. Keep going and prove what you can do.
