Love the show but...

You're a millionaire, throwing an investor party, and you serve Jose F N Cuervo?!

And Nick and Ronnie own nothing? Yet a few episodes prior Nick and Izzy "vote" (as you do as owners) to buy out Ronnie... cause he's an owner....

So let me understand.... Nick invests $1.8M but owns 0 shares Ronald invests $300k but owns 0 shares Wayne Knight invests $1.5M but owns 0 shares

What exactly did they buy with their investment?

I realize that the company "lost" the money but what does that have to do with investor shares?

I'm not a savvy investor but this made no sense to me.
