It is not what you know, it is what you believe.

Warning: Spoilers
Alex Black (Natasha James) is a defamed journalist working out of Barcelona. She is investigating something odd in northern Africa which leads her to another location in Eastern Europe, all former Nazi field testing locations.

The film is riddled with flashbacks because the director didn't want to reveal to the audience what the movie title and description reveals. The characters lacked charisma. The bad guy was dorky. Things don't pick up until the film is half over and by then you are numb with the Alex and Cassie (Rebecca Scott) story which dragged on. When the action does happen I had to ask after half a century or so, this guy has managed to "build an army" of what? A half dozen guys or so? You couldn't even conquer a trailer park in Alabama with that.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Warning: Spoilers
This was a terrible attempt at film making. Acting was poor, constant change from color to black and white was irritating, and it went nowhere. Nazis again? Really? Total waste of time!
