- Corpses can be seen laying in a pool of what looks to be their own blood. It's to be assumed that these where people killed by demons

- The Shin Megami Tensei series overall deals with really mature themes, from deicide (the murder of a god) to killing and eating one's enemies and everything in between.
- Boss fights tend to get really intense as you dwindle their health down.

Sex & Nudity
- This game has "Sexual Themes" and "Partial Nudity" in the game descriptors for a good reason. Several female characters are depicted without tops, showing their breasts. The lore for several demons also mentions sexual content, the obvious to note being the incubus with the lore stating that "it ravishes women as they sleep, impregnating them and causing nightmares" and the succubus.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Two of the characters you start the game with are killed within the first demon encounter, followed by your player character.
