Least favorite of the season so far
29 October 2016 | by (Blandon, PA) – See all my reviews

This episode feels like a lot of major filler, which I'm fine with so long as we're developing characters. But not a lot on that front happens either, making it almost a pointless episode.

But there are some positives. Asher and Michaela's relationship finally became real for me in this episode, with them actually having character development on that front. Oliver also gets his own little sideplot, and Connor has to face the reality that Oliver isn't going to just stay single or alone just because of Connor.

Annalise's day back in court was really intriguing to me, as it showed how much she relied on her shady tactics to be able to win cases. The reveal that the veteran actually wasn't one was quite a great one, and showcased the best parts of this episode.

Overall, it's solid enough, but Wes is really starting to get on my nerves (is he the one in the fire? I hope he is), and I'm really hoping that HTGAWM serves up a thrilling final 3 episodes for us.

8/10.
