20 years after death of Sardar Jagtap his Solicitor Pradhan arrives at his bungalow to read his death will.In last 20 years no one has visited the bungalow it's been taken care by his loyal servant Ramsharan.Pradhan is waiting for the nominees of Sardar's family to arrive who have to been between the age of of 20:30 years once everyone arrives Pradhan starts to read the will which is in three different envelopes first one as invite to everyone and second one has the name who will be sole proprietor of the estate.Everyone starts to see a strange figure in the house which Ramsharan claims is the spirit of Sardar's dead son.Among the nominees Padma gets the ownership of the estate so Pradhan says its no point in opening the third envelope as Padma is normal and the third envelope mentions the name of a person who will get the estate if person chosen by Sardar is insane.All over the night strange things keep on happening in the bungalow also Pradhan goes missing and another strange figure along with Sardar son's spirit start to haunt everyone.
