Great show
20 February 2016 | by See all my reviews

I have been a fan of Louie CK for a while, and although this show is not very similar to his usual stand-up routine or shows he has worked on in the past it is still great. It is set in a bar and he plays a character who owns half the Bar named Horace. This show has a serious undertone as they discuss socially controversial topics but they never manage to lose it's sense of comedy. Louie excels in playing a character not loosely based on his life. This is a great show for both people who love comedy and people who also like drama. Horace and Pete is definitely worth watching as well as paying for. If only network television had more shows like this that cover important topics they would be watched by more Americans. This show is raw and covers hot button issues that are seen as taboo. I have enjoyed every episode so far and recommend Horace and Pete to everyone.
