A young woman wakes up in a nondescript bed in a white room and has to figure out tasks to do. Her imagination leads her from one thing to the next, but nothing happens to free her. She is like a bee in hive. Her former actions are replicated so often there are six or seven of her. Very strange but unique.

Showing off an interesting concept with no plot

Warning: Spoilers
It's quite interesting and the mystery keeps going as you want to see the girl escape the cells. But at the end there is no clear conclusion or any answers to anything here. So for me it misses the mark of "great" and is just this really interesting concept that for sure could use a deeper and more plot focused and interesting exploration. The first room was by far the most interesting one. The other ones felt weird as it was hard to really follow the storylines there because of the editing. And the tree also was weird. There were not many answers to anything here.

When I write short scripts all my scripts with similar deep concepts and little plot are very much panned right away. So I learned to implement theme and plot into everything I do somehow.

fairy tale

The feeling to see an old fairy tale. Only the nuances are different - the hero is a young woman, the challenges are the same, the Japaneses rooms are clue for Sci Fi short film status and the end represents return to the original fairy tale . Result - a nice film. Especially for a nostalgic like me who, as eastern European, loves the traces and shadows and memories of childhood.
