If BYE, FELICIA is truly an example of "the emerging talent in the horror genre" then I really do fear for the future of said genre as it must be in a very sorry state indeed. This indie anthology features no less than seven mindless short films. It's very low budget and talky throughout, character driven and most importantly dull. The running time of each featured film is too short to fully envisage or explore the tired themes featured and I found the way in which they all end with the same bit of dialogue (as per the title) rather limiting.
