- Gibbs and his team work with Pride and the New Orleans team to find Abby's brother and figure out why the passengers and crew of a private plane he catered were poisoned.
- When a plane doesn't answer their radio, Gibbs is called in because unless they respond, they will have to be shot down. they learn everyone on board the plane is dead. Gibbs asks Abby and McGee to find a way to get it to land in an unpopulated area so they can investigate. He learns the plane came from New Orleans so he asks Pride to check it out. Pride calls Gibbs and tells him that Abby's brother is among the people on the plane. Abby and McGee get the plane down and they have Abby look at the body they think is her brother. She says it's not him. They think he's still in New Orleans so they ask Pride to find him. They learn that the people on the plane were killed by a toxin. The plane belongs to a tech billionaire. One of the passengers s a Naval Commander who was going to meet with SecDef. Gibbs finds Abby's brother but doesn't want to say anything. The New Orleans team find guns and weapons at his place. Eventually he learns he took in a woman who needs help. He doesn't say anything more. They learn she is actually a Russian spy and she works for someone they encountered before. .—rcs0411@yahoo.com
- A corporate jet of a cutting edge billionaire defense contractor crashes, no survivors. Among the victims is reported Abby's sweetly naive brother, chef Luca Sciuto, but the corpse isn't his, yet security video suggests he brought aboard the fatally poisoned food. Tony protects Abby when she responds to a code message from terrorized Luca to meet her in a New Orleans theme park, where he keeps refusing to believe being manipulated by his lover who is proven to be a Russian spy. When Gibbs cautiously goes to a cloak and dagger meeting with inscrutable Russian Embassy (spy) Counselor Anton Pavlenko, both parties are in for grim surprises, as well as Duckie and Palmer on their nocturnal way by car.—KGF Vissers
