  Dr. Robert Borden : Well, then we might as well go for broke. I've got some DVD's in this box over here.

  Patterson : You have kids' movies here?

  Dr. Robert Borden : Does the One Direction concert documentary count?

  Patterson : Do you have a gun?

  Dr. Robert Borden : No, I don't have anything that would qualify as a weapon.

  Patterson : [Patterson looks at the pile of construction mess]  Uh, I have my sidearm and a spare clip, and this is all looking promising. We could use some of this to kill someone.

  Dr. Robert Borden : All right, I'll take that as a good thing.

• [Agent Patterson apologizes to Dr. Borden for blowing up his cottage house] 

  Patterson : Sorry I blew up your house.

  Dr. Robert Borden : It's all right. Now I've got an excuse to start from scratch.
