It's amazing how a movie with no words can say so much. I look forward to seeing more from Adam Gonzalez and the rest of the cast of ROMA. I don't want to reveal or spoil anything about the movie, but I genuinely recommend seeing it for yourself. The music is top notch and the cinematography was captivating, I am definitely a fan. Flaco was funny, strong, emotional and artistic without uttering a word. Babyann made it hard to look away from the screen and made me feel whatever she was feeling, from the music to the laughter and the love. After it was done, I only wished it was longer. I definitely wanted more ROMA. I look forward to their next project, I'm sure it's going to be awesome.

An exceptional short film. A masterful depiction of a modern-day love story. It has all the intrigue and passion of a romance doomed to fail. It's remarkably gritty. A sensitive portrayal of young love. A must see. The acting was terrific. I loved the triangle that wove its way through the story of a dancer seeking success and a musician seeking acceptance.The diverse soundtrack of music from different genres -- swing, hip-hop, jazz, rock, Latin, and orchestral reflected the story and moods of the film as it wove its way to the only conclusion that seemed possible. It made me forget that there was no spoken dialogue. Even though I sensed where the story was headed, I could not anticipate how masterfully it would be delivered. The writers and director scored a direct hit.

These days we are all about color and words. Naturally, I was hesitant when I heard of the movie's idea.
My daughter plays the role of "Roma", so ordinarily I went to support her.
But as I watched the movie I realized, neither color or words could have made this movie any better. The cast and crew did an amazing job. It is well written and perfectly edited.
The actors invested themselves in their role and it definitely showed. The music was amazing and the piano player was captivating.
The attention and dedication to details shone through.
Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see where you all go from here!!!

My First Silent Film

This was my first time viewing a silent film and to be honest, i didn't think i would enjoy it but boy was i wrong!
The film captures you with great music, awesome camera angles and memorable characters. The expressions on the characters faces is how they communicate with each other and the audience and they did a great job showing their emotions. The music for each scene was perfect and went well with the emotions being displayed by each character making everything believable and sucking you in to feel those emotions.
By the end of the film the only thing i didn't like was that it ended, i wanted more and i cant wait for their next film. Bravo!

Powerful love story

I was blown away at the emotions shown in this movie. The steady changing music and the creative camera angles kept my interest the whole time. Without giving away the ending, it was quite a roller coaster! I have never seen a silent film before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was quite a positive experience. I look forward to future projects from this group. I have been listening to the soundtrack and I like it! I am impressed that a silent film was able to convey such emotions without any dialogue. I am not surprised that this has been in so many film festivals. ................... ............. ............ ..........
