I exptected more action and a little deeper story since the film lasts for 2 hours. The act is very good. Movie is not bad, but it could be a lot better.

Great promise, beautifully made, but failed to deliver on action

This is slow burning drama set in the world war, rather than war movie. The acting is really good, and its beautifully made movie, it again shows the pointlessness of a war. Would them soldiers do anything differently if they knew how it would end? Can any war end differently? Lack of action is my main issue with this film, pace is too slow and it doesn't justify 2 hours watch. Shorter running time, by cutting unnecessary scenes, would up the pace of the film and make it more exciting in my opinion.

Nice story about Serbian army, patriotic movie, maybe it didn't happen, but story is so good. No historical data, but so realistic.

That's disaster!

Didn't understand why they did that! This movie is absolute failure, something like worst American films by B category. They'd try to do patriotic story about ordinary people in the brave Serbian army, during the World War I, but did something unexpected: bad story, disastrous acting, casting actors total failure, action packed, mass scenes do not exist, which is most important in war movies, you constantly expect that something should happen only. The end of the movie should have been something emotional, but they did not succeed in doing so. All in all, I do not recommend, you can look, but you'll be bored. Film to forget!

It's actually quite sad that this movie is so bad...i adore war movies, but this one is so, so wrong...i can't really explain what it is about in the first place...no story line, no war scenes, no history, nothing...the last ten minutes are ok, when I woke up and was happy that it is over...complete waste of everybody's time...and it is a lullaby for sure...I just hope that Dara from Jasenovac, from the same director, writer, producers is going to be better...it MUST be far more better than this!

Very bad acting without the necessary emotions. The scenario is also bad. If you do not have money, you better not shoot movies with this kind of plot, you are not worthy of our ancestors.
