Brakes are hydraulic and cannot be controlled by the computer. In order for the steering to be remotely controlled there would have to be servo motors to turn the steering shaft. Furthermore the assassin driver could have easily shifted the transmission into a different gear or neutral and the car would not become out of control.
At the end of the episode, when Watson does her expose on the assassination attempt and the death of Sabine Raoult, we see extracts of supposedly French newspapers; they are actually fairly bad (computerized?) translations from English to French, full of more than just grammatical errors.
Holmes' father calls Watson a "gourmand". That is not much of a compliment since its meaning much closer to "glutton" than "gourmet".
In the closing scene, Watson explains her theory that Morland was shot, saying he was "caught in the crossfire". But he was shot while unarmed by a paid killer. The term "crossfire" in this context means members of a single force accidentally shooting each other due to poor positioning of 2 or more teams on opposite sides of the target. The shots that cross through, by, or over the target are the "crossfire". Those allies accidentally hit are "caught" in the crossfire. Morland was not on the shooter's team, and Watson doesn't know at this point if he was one of the targets, or just collateral damage. Someone as literate and precise as Watson shouldn't use the expression incorrectly.
