This show is satire. The official page for the show is on the "Liberal Bias" website,

And in the "About" section of that website, it clearly states that it is satire and it using the same format of "The Colbert Report" where a conservative character is played up in order to make fun of the conservative viewpoint.

It can be confusing because many of the comments left in discussions and on Youtube seem to assume that it is serious, and that the opinions of the character "Zach" should be taken at face-value. He also never breaks character, except in episode 5 (I am American mass murderer) which deviates from the normal format in several ways.
The only other place where it is obvious that the character "Zach" is indeed a character rather than just a person expressing his opinion is in episode 2 (The entire Benghazi scandal) where the actor Zach Heltzel plays both sides of the Benghazi debate (wearing different color shirts for the two points of view).
