Plot Summary |
It was the monsoon of 1971. The Liberation War for Bangladesh had started to gain momentum. In this testing time an ordinary family goes through a life altering experience in a span of just three days. Nurul Huda, a chemistry teacher of a Government college in a provincial town lives with his wife Asma and 5 years old daughter Sudha. They have another person living with them, Mintu, Asma's brother, who went to the war. They are worried about him. Nurul did not leave the town as Principal of the college said not to. After an attack in the college, he was taken to the army camp as a suspicious behind the occurrence. The country is liberated now but not without sacrifices of many. Asma and Sudha are two such individuals. Nurul Huda is dead, but it is the living, who continues to suffer with wounded hearts. Written by wakim |
