Cuff me
nogodnomasters28 July 2017
Warning: Spoilers
Connor (Lyndon Ogbourne) works in London. His girlfriend is "mental" and the "sex is insane." Her dad deals in cocaine, a former vice of Connor back when he was a DJ on Ibiza, a trade he has taught to Dex (Joel Dommett). Through a series of circumstances Connor is back on Ibiza. Dex is in trouble and Connor is being sought. Only Billy Zane can help him out. All the while Connor has his eye on Marina (Gala Gordon).

The film is an action/romance that wasn't much of either. It substitutes long scenes of dance music for plot. The film had a few good scenes, but not enough.

Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

Movie tries everything without successfully succeeding in anything
Otte15 March 2020
This movie starts off as a buddy comedy then switches to comedy attempts action thriller moves to drama while being a rom-com and goes back to action thriller to coming of age. While I praised the attempt to hit most genres, you never knew when to take it seriously or not. There was never tension during the 'action thriller' scenes and you did not realize something was a supposed to be funny until after the scene was over(and at most it was chuckle).

I do not feel like it was bad or that I lost time in my life, but I would have never watched it had I known what it was.

Dull and uninspiring
PHILLK6913 August 2017
Set on the party island of ibiza, the makers of the film could not decide if it was a comedy, romance or straight up thriller, the film could of been set on the east coast of england and some viewers would not of known any different because despite ibiza being known for its beautiful sunsets, clubs and music they used limited locations and an unrecognisable soundtrack . Half way through, the film went down the clichéd gangster route where the lead actor has to rescue the damsel in distress by then i was nodding off. The only high point was by actor Owain Arthur who did well with his small time on screen.
