HKtv Revolution is the story of HKTV's, an innovative young upstart and revolutionary TV company, struggle to get a free over-the-air TV broadcast license against the wish of a self-interested ruler of Hong Kong, as seen through the eyes of ten dedicated & idealistic HKTV employees who camped out at Civic Square, Hong Kong Government headquarters for 19 exhausting days to try to change Hong Kong.
