The Two Vomits joke was good, but overall this was a step down from the premiere for the series. The dialogue and conversations between the three groups of people did not feel as perfectly crafted out as they could have been and as well-written as we got last time around.

I feel like having April kill someone in the past with a taser is a kind of jump that makes her a lot less sympathetic and I don't think that was the goal they were going for.

Still some good laughs in this one and I am looking forward to seeing how the rest of the season plays out, but definitely not the sharpest episode of TV.

No Activity is an acquired taste. The second episode is called Two Vomits.

With just a brief mention of the shooting incident at the end of the first episode. Hendy and Stokes are back in the car with more small talk. Stokes more worried that the description in the radio calls the assailant in the shooting an older man.

Hendy and Stokes banter about humour. It is clear that Hendy has a thing about April at despatch and wants to break the ice. He just needs to come up with a joke.

Despite Tim Minchin appearing as a security guard. Jimmy and Glen made more of an impression in this episode with their almost teenager type banter.
