Nola and the clones is a well scripted well shot film of a young Irish girl who is homeless and seems to have found a way despite her troubles to get through life and embark on a number of relationships with men who appear strikingly similar to each other. I have reviewed a lot of independent films with some been brilliant and others not so much, The number one rule for new independent films has and always has been "to make sure you engage your audience" Your not a big motion picture or a big budget production so you have to grab the audience attention and Nola and the clones does that straight of the bat. From the first line and scene of (Caoimhe Cassidy) in a church to the end where she is dancing in a club, Nola and the clones is a beautiful scripted story and journey that will change the way you look at people. I'm pretty confident in saying that this is quite possibly one of the best independent films of 2016, and with a run time of 82 minutes its worth checking out on YouTube.
