Violence & Gore
- A man gets impaled with many sharp robotic objects in a spring lock mechanism. Blood is shown leaking through his shirt.
- Movie starts with a security guard getting cut by saws, it isn't shown, nor does it have a squelch its just him screaming.
- Mike gets his arm slashed by a kid with a hook in a dream sequence.which is later shown that it happened in real life too.
- Max gets chomped in half by Freddy Fazbear, we see a silhouette on the wall of it happening, sure with a blood splatter on it. We then see her legs and lower hips fall to the floor. As she gets bitten blood splatters on the wall.
- We see the main character get slashed 5 separate times by kids in his dream, we see a gash at first, it looks bloody, if you look closely after the slashes you can see some blood on his hand.
- A father is punched repeatedly by Mike who falsely thinks he's abducting a child.
- Chica's cupcake is shown eating someone's face, and we hear them screaming. Later the cupcake is shown eating someone's leg.
- Mostly offscreen kills but the most brutal kill is max.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In a flashback, Mike watches his brother get kidnapped by someone. The kidnapper is later found to be a serial killer named William Afton.
- Max's death scene is one of the scariest parts of the movie.
- There is a scene where Chica tries to kill Mikes sister by putting her into a animatronic machine.
- One of the main themes of this film is about children who were murdered by a serial killer.
- Chica Lures Abby into a back room where she tries to stuff Abby into a Animatronic suit.
