The film contains some scenes of violence and chaos, including explosions when pressure cooker bombs are detonated, or when grenades are thrown by terrorists during a police shootout.

There are also scenes depicting gunfire exchange with some bloodletting, with scenes featuring the aftermath of the explosions at the marathon, depicting bloody injuries such a severed leg, and a leg with a gory wound.
