Mr Bell starts his "video prospectus" for Elmsmere. He tries to claim that the school promotes teamwork and leadership. However camera operator Fleur Murphy points out that things are very different. Clips from previous episodes such as conflict between Elmsbury and Fowlmere students, his own arguments with joint Head Mrs O'Brien and Ash Newman's attempts to form a Maths partnership with a frustrated Natalie all show a very different picture.
