- GoofsWhen Detective Larsen is watching the video sessions of Ray and his doctor, the video appears to have been shot by a camera placed on the doctor's desk. Shots of the footage alternate with shots of Detective Larsen watching it. In the first shot of the footage, the camera is aimed at Ray and the legs of a guard are visible on the right side of the screen. A few seconds later, footage from the same interview is much more zoomed out, showing the whole guard.

Stalker episode 18 ties up cliffhanger.
This begins with Ray taking Beth out of trunk and into a cabin in the woods. Ray is a psychotic killer who in last episode kidnapped Beth and she manages to kick and body slam him once. She is handcuffed and legs taped together. She at one point gets keys for handcuffs. Meanwhile Jack and Janice going through videos by Ray's psychiatrist (who is unavailable) find picture of the doctor's house seeing Ray focusing on it. They find where it is and set out without permission to find it. Vicky Gregg their boss watching Jack sets up units to be ready. Beth escapes into woods and is hiding where Jack finds her. Jack radios Vicky Gregg who sends helicopter and units to area. Jack gets Beth into cabin but soon Ray shows up having captured Janice and demands Jack to put down the gun. Jack tells him more police units are on the way. Ray decides to burn down cabin and Beth begs him not to but he sets it afire at which point Jack overpowers him and yells for Beth and Janice to get out. Cabin is on fire and the police units arrive and are able to get Jack out but unable to get to Ray. I was on the edge of my seat most of time. Jack, Janice and Beth go visit Ben in hospital from being shot in last episode by Ray. He had been in critical condition but will survive which had been part of the cliffhanger. The costars Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q are magnificent actors as are all the actors in this series are. It is written brilliantly by Kevin Williamson. It grips your attention the whole time and airs on top network CBS. It so very much needs season 2. There is an ongoing background story. I think CBS needs to promote it more to get more viewers especially with the long hiatus. I have not had a show catch my attention like this one for a long time and why I have spent time doing comments and reviews.
