When Mishnev and Pavlenko meet early in the episode, Pavlenko's coat collar goes from folded down to popped up every time the camera angle changes.
In the scene between Mishnev and Pavlenko, Pavlenko's collar changes from being up and being down between shots.
Near the beginning, after the shot of the three carriers at Naval Station Norfolk, Gibbs is shown displaying his ID to identify himself. Then he and Director Vance begin to discuss a fire aboard. They use the term "gas leak with the galley next door" leading the viewer to think Naval ships use propane or natural gas fueled cooking apparatus aboard. This is very incorrect. ALL food preparation aboard ship is done with electricity (with the exception of steel beach picnics done at sea and ONLY on the weatherdeck - outside). You cannot use propane on a vessel designed to go to war. A lucky shot from an enemy (or accidental fire aboard) could become catastrophic with propane aboard. So to consider it a "gas explosion" is entirely impossible aboard a naval vessel.
Towards the end when Gibbs and Tobias are eating and listening to Diane's recording the knife that Gibbs sticks into the table alternates from the tan handle model to the gray-green model.
The above goof is incorrect. The color difference is because of one side of the knife handle being directly in the sun from the window.

The highlighted (green square, bottom row third square from the right) background fragment and the actual shown fragment in the foreground (bigger picture front left) is from the second row from the bottom forth square from the right.
At 03:30- There is no natural gas on any US Navy ship.
