When Selina sneaks into the Indian Hill facility and discovers the hidden access to the basement, Dr. Strange's secret elevator is there waiting for her. However, because it is a manually operated elevator that can only be moved by the person in it, the elevator would have to be on the same floor as Dr. Strange who is already in the basement.
