One of the best life stories in this show, of course i love Japanese food so i can be corrupted.
I love the show ambience in every episode, especially how they portrait the food with the story. Her story is amazing, she comes from a fish distribution family, with her brother still running it and being one of her suppliers.
She has a girlfriend working with her, and is really nice seeing how their relationship works with their busy life and still having an amazing restaurant that i would love to try if i ever have the chance.
