26 June 2016 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

After delivering perhaps the greatest hour of television of all time last week, Game of Thrones delivered what is likely the most magnificent season finale of all time.

Future showrunners, screenwriters and producers should take note -- THIS is how you end a season. THIS is how you make your audience salivate for more.

The season 6 finale was awe-inspiring, shocking, triumphant and satisfying all at once, while expertly setting up the show's next season. And what a wait it's going to be after everything we saw tonight.

Now the end game is in sight, and it looks like it's going to be one hellacious ride.
