Zombie Cats from Mars

Zombie Cats From Mars is exactly what you would expect it to be - a hilarious, low-budget indie horror film about zombie cats. From Mars.

This movie is excellent at what it does, which is be bad. The creators set out to make a B-movie, and they nailed it, from special effects to storyline to acting (I strongly suspect that they had to instruct the actors to read their lines more stiffly). And there are plenty of cats, which you don't see enough of in movies.

I'm really tempted to rate this highly because I enjoyed it so much, but I don't want people getting the mistaken impression that this is supposed to be "good" (i.e. an A-movie). If you like bad movies and cats, you have to see Zombie Cats From Mars. Preferably with several friends and popcorn.

Long story short, best meowvie I've meowed in a long meow.

A perfectly stupid flick! Everybody knows what they are making - a simple minded story. And that's the charm of it.

Just relax and watch this dumb flick. A glass of wine will help.

So. This movie is bad. Horrible even. Honestly if not for this context, it wouldn't even be worth knowing about.

Im friends with some of the extras, and I was lucky enough to hear about the movie during production. This movie was created by a cat shelter to help promote their adoptions. Most of the actors are volunteers who work at the shelter and all of the cats were rescues up for adoption.

The acting is horrible The script is bad The effects are worse than a godzilla rip off

The reason the movie was created? The only reason why I'm giving this review a 10/10. Though, I'm a bit biased.

Worth a watch if you like cats and support cat shelters, just be warned that this movie isn't the best.

Ever seen those Youtube Series with super low-grade pathetic props where the actor clings the killing creature/animal to themselves with lame horror tactics played-out the first time you ever seen it?

So much energy was put into the thing you have no choice but to evaluate everyone heading it as incapable of getting getting on the same page as Hollywood.

Way too much high-end, edited up home video lameness which obviously talent wrote, produced, directed, and cast themselves in with only their silly/childish buddies and family members laughing at in theaters merely cause they know someone in it.

A very good example of why it is imperative that IMDb differentiates between TV Series and Web-Series, so idiots do not get away with establishing misleading data on their resumes and profiles and so fourth.

The movie opens, saying this is based on a catually event (and that's not typo).

The effects at the start , were so bad, it's was actually funny , I know, it's a low budget but still.

There have the worst actor ever, acting is almost unwatchable.

There are parts of this movie, that need to be seen , have you ever seen a cat using a saw, I laughed so loud, my dog jumped.

The cats look normal, there eye flash green , before they attack.

The attack are weak and dull.

I am giving 4 out of 10
