In one scene Boyd is climbing up a hill, surrounded by an army of cops and federal marshals and in the next scene he shows up at the barn like nothing happened with no explanation as to how he broke out of the siege and made it to the barn without getting caught.
After Boon rams Raylan's car, tire marks can be seen on the road in the overhead shot. When Raylan gets out of his car, the tire marks are gone.
In the barn shootout, Boyd empties his Beretta 92FS and then pulls the trigger twice while aiming it at Eva. He also mentions to Raylan that his gun has no bullets. The slide on a Beretta 92FS will lock in the open position when the last round is fired.
When Raylan is being escorted into the back of the cop car, the arresting officer takes the Stetson off and puts it on top of the car. After the officer gets in the driver's side, the Stetson disappears. Later, when Art gets Raylan from the arresting officer and he gets in the back of the Marshal's vehicle, Raylan is wearing the Stetson again (it magically reappears).
It probably wasn't magic. More likely someone gave it back to him off camera. Not everything that happens is filmed or makes the final cut.

The show ran from 2010-2015, but the newspaper clipping where Ava (Joelle Carter) is seen in a California pumpkin patch is dated October 13, 2018.
When the police are chasing Boyd through the forest, the viewer sees them running through vast swaths of pine forests. However, large-scale pine forests are not present in mountainous southeastern Kentucky. Seventy-five percent of the forestland in Kentucky is composed of oak-hickory forest type and red maple is the most common individual tree species accounting for 12.2 percent of all trees in Kentucky (filmed in southern CA, not in KY).
