Domingo's reference to the Chinese having "their own thing going downtown" is likely a reference to the heroin operation that Madame Gao is operating in Hell's Kitchen in Daredevil (2015).
During the conversation between Dr. Krasner and Misty Knight, he brings her a can of lemonade. He says to her, "Lemonade, a popular drink." Then she replies, "And it still is." This is a direct reference to the episode title that is taken from the Gang Starr song of the same name. It is from Guru's verse that goes "Lemonade was a popular drink and it still is, I get more props and stunts than Bruce Willis...."
