Storyline
Plot Summary |
Maud Linder is the daughter of the first global film star of all times, Max Linder. Her father was worldwide famous in the first decade of the last Century, and he was a genius. Max mastered Charles Chaplin and was a true pioneer of film art. But when Maud was 16 months old, in 1924, Max and his wife committed suicide. This film is the story of Max and the story of Maud. Maud has struggled for 70 years to recover her father's legacy, although most of his films are lost forever. And Max, the famous film star, the mystery, is present in her life every day, in every moment, everywhere. Maud lives for Max, a man who left her alone 88 years ago. |
