A scientist's quest to cure pain leads him on a dark path of lust, destruction, and utter madness.

PAINKILLER is a well-layered, twisted body horror short film, and I have to say I'm impressed! Just when you think you've figured out what is going on, another part of the puzzle is shown to you. It's very rare to find that caliber of script writing in a short movie.

Overall, the script was fantastic, the cast was well picked, and the organism special effects were great. What a unique creature that thing is!

The female lead, Kelly Rae LeGault, is an up-and-coming actress that is one to watch. Her portrayal of the woman scientist is brutally intense. She has the potential to be an iconic scream queen in the future!

I've seen a ton of short horror films, and I have to say, this is one of the best ones I've ever seen.

excellent and chilling film

PAINKILLER is a tense and chilling look into the world of biological tampering and the results that come from it. This short film from writer Jerry Janda and director Jeremiah Kipp explores a danger that seems all to real in the world of big business pharmaceutical production. They took me back to the days of watching the great horror anthology films like ASYLUM, and creepy nights watching THE NIGHT GALLERY from under the covers. The makers of this film manage to hook you in from the very start and keep you on the edge until the credits roll. Thriller and horror fans will find just what the doctor ordered with a prescription for this PAINKILLER. I look forward to seeing more work from this talented cast and crew.
