These five digital stories are the words and voices of tribal members from three communities in coastal Louisiana. Being in an alternative format to traditional film, these stories tell the personal narrative of what the storytellers and their communities have been through in facing historical and current oppression, rapid environmental change and the risk of displacement. We hope that the experiences of these storytellers can be shared so we can learn from each other and understand the important connection between people and place.
