Juvenile Yawn Fest Could Be Made Into A Drinking Game
24 February 2017 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

This film was incorrectly and dishonestly marketed as, "From The Makers of House of the Devil and Inkeepers". After a bit of digging, you can see it was written and directed by a teenager. Had this been allowed to stand on its own merit, without the inferred nepotism coupled with shady promotions, the effort would have warranted a more lenient synopsis. I feel cheated and swindled into watching and paying for an amateur production by someone's kid who's parents were somehow attached to the aforementioned films. I did watch the whole thing through. The acting is wooden with the performers awkwardly stumbling through a weak script. I didn't feel one bit of the tension they were halfheartedly attempting to convey.

If you drank each time a line is delivered, poorly, a game could salvage this mess.
