Around the 21:15 mark, Shaw removes a magazine from the Barrett XM109. It is clearly empty, yet she removes a round from it in the next shot.
You can see New York area phone numbers, as well as signage for Flushing, Queens, on many store signs in all of the "Hong Kong" street scenes. Flushing has a large Asian population that has surpassed that of Manhattan.
Right at the end of the episode, where Greer is looking at the map of the world with areas of interest for Samaritan, in the bottom right hand corner of the map, Australia is visible. Three red areas are visible on Australia; the bottom left one is on Perth, which is understandable, as it's a capital city. None are on Canberra or Sydney or Melbourne, which is less understandable, as they are the biggest cities in Australia. The one on the east coast seems to be centered over Gladstone, which is bizarre, because it's a city of maybe 35 thousand people. Most unusual is the spot to the north of Australia, at the bottom of the Gulf of Carpentaria. That's because there are no communities at all, of any sort, in that area. Unless you count the crocodiles. So why would Samaritan have interest in that region?
