Radiation, even at its highest GY scale, does not cause death immediately. In the worst case scenario, one dies from radiation sickness roughly a day after exposure. This is a case more radioactive than that of Chernobyl or Hiroshima.
Among the flags displayed in the dining hall at Mount Weather is the confederate flag (not the stars and bars battle flag but the flag of the Confederacy - three stripes - red / white / red and a blue field).
At no point do we see Abby or Marcus near Mount Weather but they magically appear as prisoners in the bone marrow operating area. It is later stated that they had captured more sky people but they don't say how this happened.
This is incorrect, as in the previous episode, security informed President Cage that radar had located a settlement, being Camp Jaha, and a team had been sent to take more sky people. While the capture was not shown in either episode, it is not a plot hole, but an off-scene point that was explained.

Mia shouldn't have died at the same time as everyone else, but instead she should've lived for at least another 4 mins, as the testing conducted by the mountain men showed earlier in the season when they put the girl outside and later the President and his son went outside with only the blood transfusion. This would've potentially given her the time to get her back into her hazmat suit and find another oxygen canister.
Given that the radiation on Planet Earth is 1-4 on the GY scale (per observations,) the Mountain Men should have had more than enough time to extract bone marrow and render themselves immune to radiation before succumbing to radiation sickness. In short, the Mountain Men should be on the ground, and an additional 46 members of "The Ark" should have had their bone marrow extracted.
