Still thinking to the end.

You don't have to review the entire episode to viewers , they can watch the entire show for themselves.

My personal opinion was , for 8 episodes , it was a fine show , week to week and got better towards the end , fine acting , actors from abroad definitely put more into being realistic then the good old USA.

James Nesbitt , what can you say , anytime he does anything he is great and portraying a father who is looking non stop for his son is incredible , finding the truth , ridding of garbage , he was amazing , sure Tcheky. Karyo was good as well supporting James and finding out the truth , but the end of the show was totally different , there is a few key points , there is no home for me in the UK , so what does that mean , a man on a mission , or someone who cant let go ....

Warning: Spoilers
The recap at the start of this is exciting since it really sums up what has happened the whole season.

So wait a second here, they track down all this evidence and find the guy who took their kid, in the hospital. He tells them what happened. He was drunk, and he hit the kid while driving. He didn't want to go to jail. So he picked up the kid that he thought was dead and put him i his car.

Baptiste is not convinced. So the story goes on. The drunk had a guy who helped him. And that guy called another guy to get rid of Olly's body. But, the kid wasn't dead. The kid woke up. And...

The guy that they called to get rid of the body, did the actual killing. He couldn't take any chances of being ID'd.

Damn, how terrible. All of it could have been avoided.

Okay I was disappointed in the way the kid wandered off on his own. That seemed really stupid. -1 Star

The drunk guy who took their kid, he's dying of cancer. How do you react? The guy killed your kid. Even tho he really didn't. His actions got the kid killed.

Cops go to arrest George, the middle accomplice.

+1 Star For Hughes not telling the wife of the drunk hotel guy that he was involved in Olly's death.

+1 Star for the interaction between Baptiste and Hughes as they say 'goodbye' ? Hughes is still concerned that they still haven't found a body.

Bourg hangs himself. After writing a touching note to his mother.

They track down George, who takes his own life before he can answer the question. What Happened to Oliver's body???

So the marriage of Mark and Emily? +1 Star for the speech given by Emily. That was touching.

And Wow. Hughes is still obsessed with not ever recovering Olly's body. He is not convinced. And Season 1, ends with Hughes acting crazed and being arrested in Russia looking for his son. Wow. Nice ending really to set up a S2. +1 Star 8/10.
