6.8 rating? Naw. This thing is trying be a hyper-ironic parody of horror movies and it fails spectacularly. The recursive, "hey, we're a movie making a joke about movies" gets old quickly. You need talented people and a good script to do this. Witchstalker has neither. Only the Wilder character approaches anything remotely resembling acting. Outside of that, it's bunch of Drama students who will transfer to accounting by the time they graduate. It's the "HEY! I JUST DID A PUNCHLINE!" school of acting.
If it weren't for the lame CGI effects (blood splatter, fire, explosions) you'd swear this was shot on VHS.
The rating implies that the cast and crew have all click 10s because if you actually watch this, I doubt you'll get to the end. Unless, of course, you've passed out on the couch. And I'm very surprised the cast and crew haven't written glowing reviews calling this "HILARIOUS!", "I COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING!" and "THIS MOVIE IS GENIUS!" Maybe IMDB finally put some checks in to stop this kind of nonsense.
