I was pleasantly surprised with how engaged I ended up being by the end of this movie. Its a great story and despite being low budget and starting a little slow the emotional payoff is well worth it. Will make you want to tell your friends and family you love them and definitely go play some baseball or something. Look forward to seeing more from this writer/director.

Absolutely Perfect

Im not a baseball fan by any means but thats not what this film is about, the sport is just a tool to develop friendship and understanding of peoples differences amd to grow through. This movie is a delight and I'm sad it took so long for me to get around to watching. By the end I was laughing and crying and clapping along with all the characters.
What indie film is all about!

This movie is incredibly heartwarming, honest and very real and relatable. Hearing it was made completely independently for no budget is unbelievable and truly a testament to the filmmaker's ability. Considering that indie film means "only a couple million dollars" these days, I feel like Pinch is a throwback to true indie films like Slacker, Clerks, Once, and the horror movies of yesteryear, only it also has the heart of a mainstream feel good drama. I hope this film gains the popularity it deserves! Watch it! You'll cry, laugh a little, and fall in love.

A win for indie film

Just watched this on Amazon and though sometimes it doesnt look great and doesnt sound great its really well written and very emotionally honest. I saw a lot of myself and my wife on screen and was truly touched by time the credits rolled. Makes me want to watch more independent movies.
