Trivia

Stephen Merchant offered a cameo role to Nicole Kidman after he discovered that she had been to one of his stand-up show; "I reached out to her and she was into the idea, which was incredible. She jets in for a couple of hours and was exactly as I hoped she would be - completely happy to plunge in, improvise, let me say absurd things to her, and so game to play along. I couldn't be happier with what she did, or the experience" has Merchant of her involvement. See more »

Goofs

When Jessica presents for her date with Stewart, she is wearing bright red lipstick. The red lipstick remains on during the car ride home; however, as they exit the car at home and walk to the door, the lipstick is gone. Did Jessica remove her lipstick before arriving home? Probably not. But there she is standing in the doorway, as well as shortly thereafter in the living room, without lipstick. See more »

The next best thing to having the series continued
23 December 2014 | by (Richmond, VA) – See all my reviews

I have to say that I loved the series Hello Ladies and I was extremely disappointed when it ended. I simply wanted more. So when the "Hello Ladies: The Movie aired I could not wait to watch it. I have now seen it 3 times and will probably want it again. I couldn't help but cheer for Stuart and loved the ending. Now the movie makes be want to see the series to come back! I just think that the movie and series were very well written and the story lines interesting and at times thought provoking. The episodes have dealt with issues such as racism, vanity, arrogance, love, and friendship. Hello Ladies became one of the highlights of my week, at least for the seven weeks that it ran. Yes I enjoyed the movie and am glad that HBO decided to create, but I still want more.
