Sex & Nudity
- Rated PG-13 due to graphic violence, language, drug uses and scary images
- Andrew and his girlfriend kiss a lot in the beginning.
- The girls in the party scene attempts to make love to Seth and Victor, but Seth stops them from taking his and Victor's clothes off.
- Andrew admits to Seth and Victor that he's become a man (which means he's had sex).
- Seth's parents question Seth if he has lost his virginity at the party.
- Andrew tells Seth to shag Codsta.
- Andrew asks the cops if the hounds will hump Andrew and his dad for a mischief joke.
Violence & Gore
- There are really graphic scenes for a PG-13 film.
- In the party scene, Andrew attempts to drown Jackson in the punch bowl with rum, then Andrew punches Jackson's nose and made it bleed.
- Seth interrogates Andrew after Andrew attempts to abuse Seth.
- When Andrew attempts to kidnap Seth, Codsta shot Andrew's foot which turns him into a creature but leaves a blood trail.
- Andrew's dad shoots Seth as the monster down to the ground and uses the syringe to suck up Seth as the monster's blood so he can turn himself into the creature
- Matty the mysterious guy beats up Andrew and throws him back to his house.
- Matty the mysterious guy shoots Andrew with an extended taser gun.
- Seth as the monster in the fight scene rips Andrew as the monster's heart out of his body.
- Andrew's dad as the monster nearly kills Seth as the monster into the fire
Profanity
- There are quite an amount of Profanities in this film like 12 uses of Bastard, 7 uses of Bitch, Son of a bitch and bitches, 16 uses of Crap, 12 uses of Ass, Asshole, Badass and Dumbass, 23 uses of Damn Dammit and 2 uses of Hell.
- There are also name calling in the film like "Wusses", "Pixanoz" which means "Picks a nose" which Andrew called that name to his teacher and Jackson, "Brat", etc.
- Andrew and nearly says the "F" Word around 2 times and Seth nearly says the "F" word and "S" word in the beginning.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- In the party scene, the teenagers drink a lot of alcohol.
- Victor persuades Seth to get alcohol at the age of 14 which Andrew forced Victor to do.
- Matty the Mysterious guy jabs a needle into Seth's back which contains a rare drug which turns people into a mysterious monster called the "Monstronoculous Turnociously".
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene on when Seth turns into the monster could scare some younger kids.
