Terrible!
nairtejas20 May 2014
What was a series of two excellent films which not only revolutionized the comedy genre but also popularized many dialogs as cult classics has now turned into a farce with the addition of the third venture.

Simply put, this sequel to Mannar Mathai Speaking is pure bad in all its elements. From Innocent's slapstick to the story to Biju Menon's cheesy role to what-not. Even the humor looks like horror in here. And to aggravate the part, few new characters are introduced. And that grotesque Aparna Gopinathan tops it.

BOTTOM LINE: You will want to barf in 10 minutes you start watching it. 2014 has its first mega flop. Because the screenplay is borrowed from a boring tele-film. Rest assured it has everything: songs, drama, twists. But it lacks credibility and above all, cinema power!

Worse than the Worst
Some movie make us wonder why they were even made...Kilukkam kilukilukkam was one..Now another to join that forgettable bandwagon is MMS2. Iam astounded by the nerve of this director to make such a terrible sequel to two of the most endearing comedy classics of recent times..It does not bring any closure to the characters as any trilogy would and pits them in the same circumstances as they were 25 years ago..To be honest after all the troubles and the rich friends they made we would expect bala and gopala to be well off, happily married and with kids..But here they still try feebly to fit into their old personas with disastrous results..At least the makers could have taken cue from in harihar nagar sequels which were atleast passable .. Avoid at all Costs. I can never forgive the director for this blasphemy.

Good entertainer provided you don't expect logic of present day movie and entertainment of 1989 movie in same film

A good sequel to mannar mathai speaking. The movie follows the pattern used in Ramji Rao speaking and Mannar Mathai speaking and is a good entertainer of the same kind. If you found the previous 2 films entertaining and you are ready to watch this with the same old mindset, you'll find this entertaining too. Just don't expect logic of present day movie and entertainment of 1989 movie in same film. Expect logic in comedies as in 1989 and 1994 sequels, you'll find this to be a perfect entertainer.
