The very best thing about this episode is the final few minutes, when Gary and Selena have a fiery exchange. Selena had no problem firing intelligent and important staff previously, but Gary proved how much Selena needed him. The man who seemed to be doing the most trivial job proved to Selena that he's the most indispensable, even when he screwed up.
Another interesting character development is Catherine. Until now, she was portrayed as the semi-rebellious child who never liked her mom. Her exchange with children shows how she's much more similar to her mom than we had expected.
And of course there were many hilarious bits, exchanged and insults but that's there in every episodes. This one stood out a little more.
