Episode cast overview, first billed only:

With Alicia home sick, Cary tells Diane Lockhart there are conditions attached to any possible merger. Diane decides not to proceed but David Lee has another prospective partner and they soon merge with Louis Canning's firm. Alicia also represents Finn Polmar, the ASA who was in the courtroom with Will Gardner when he was shot. It's clear the new State's Attorney has every intention of laying the blame for the shooting at Finn's feet. The NSA's surveillance of Alicia begins to unravel when one of the employees monitoring her seeks legal advice from the firm over a possible security infraction, eventually telling them of the surveillance. She warns Peter and he contacts a U.S. Senator who sits on the Intelligence Committee who assures him his conversations aren't being monitored. Peter has away of testing that and getting the NSA out of their lives. Written by garykmcd

Excellent as usual

In this episode all the action takes place in the NSA offices ,and like always, this show never fails to entertain us in it's darkest moments. Now i will share some off the things i loved in last night episode: - Starting with the music which is getting better each time and it's doing exactly what music should do putting us in the atmosphere of what is going to happen next. - Letting us think or have doubt that Alicia will really need sometime to recover but as usual when the matter becomes personal she dust her self up and yes.. the strong Alicia we know is back. - The way that Peter handed the situation with nsa was written and preformed very cleverly. -The car prank was funny. -And the end scene with Alicia and Peter seating like 2 totally professional people arranging dates and events is kind of sad...I would like to know your opinion,do you really thinks it's over between them? I personally think that their's still some hope for them because as Peter said last time "we are all we have" ** The one thing i didn't like is the always same thing about Muslims being accused or under suspicion of terrorism just because of their religion or because they pray in a mosque.
