When "Delta Force" raids Booth and Bones' house, there are mistakes. First, because of the law of Posse Comitatus, Delta is legally barred from participating in operations on US soil. While they may provide technical assistance and advice to local authorities, they can't actively participate in these operations. Second, while certain senators can read reports about Delta, a senator cannot authorize a Delta operation. Those orders have to come from within the military chain of command, starting from the President down to Delta's commanding officer.
