Neal discovers that the one who grabbed him, is Rebecca's partner who wants Neal to help him steal the diamond. But Neal says it's impossible because the FBI has it. He then tells Neal, if that's the case then he doesn't need him and he's about to get rid of Neal when he gets a phone call. Based on what Neal was able to overhear of his conversation, Neal surmises he needs the diamond to gain entry into a thieves' organization. He suggests another way to prove his worth and he accepts. Peter tries to find Neal and with help from Mozzie he finds where Neal was being held and Neal left him a message. Peter then takes the place of a man, Neal would go to get what he needs for the job. Neal manages to pass to Peter why he is doing this so Peter gives him time to do it Written by
