Storyline

Penny has decided not to complain about the gorilla movie she's filming anymore. But an incident on the set makes Penny reevaluate the decisions she made in her life. Mrs. Wolowitz gets into an accident, which leads to her being bedridden for six to eight weeks. After arguing about who will take care of her, Howard and Bernadette ultimately decide that they will be her caregivers instead hiring a professional. This experience ends up being their trial as parents. And while Raj and Sheldon are out at the cinema, they run into Emily, who seemingly is on a date with someone else. With Sheldon's help, Raj critically examines how he enters into all of his relationships. Written by Huggo

Goofs

It is unlikely that Sheldon would offer Raj "chai tea". He would likely know that "chai" means "tea", which would make "chai tea" "tea tea". See more »

CHUCK LORRE PRODUCTIONS, #458

Drugs and alcohol are the most commonly used substances to mask one's feelings.

Less toxic means to perform this same function are shopping, sex, exercise, eating, traveling, watching films and television, reading, sleeping and, my all-time favorite, work.

I've been on hiatus for less than two weeks.

During that time I've flown across the country twice, gained six pounds, read three books, played very bad golf on very good golf courses, caught up on The Walking Dead, Vikings, Mad Men, The Good Wife, Justified, Game of Thrones, Fargo, binge-viewed The Wire (again), turned napping into an art form, and maxed out a credit card.

There's only one emotional avoidance mechanism left to explore.

Which makes me wonder if V. Stiviano is still into old guys. See more »

Loved the events of "The Gorilla Dissolution" ep of "The Big Bang Theory"
12 May 2014 | by (Baton Rouge, La.) – See all my reviews

In this ep of "The Big Bang Theory": Howard got his mother an exercise contraption because he believed she needed to work out...too bad the thing fell down the stairs and hurt her so he and Bernadette have to take turns to care for her. Sheldon and Raj go to the movies and discover Emily with another man. Yeah, that doesn't go well with Raj who lets Emily explain to him it was for one date only. And Penny gets fired from her movie so she decides to propose to Leonard who accepts after she makes it clear she's not doing it because of being fired but because he's what makes her happy. So Leonard then takes out his ring and proposes to her and she accepts and they're now both happy with the decision! What another hilarious and touching ep of "TBBT" this was so on on that note, "The Gorilla Dissolution" was another fine edition of this already fine show.
